Hi there! I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Bart Stenhouse and I am a passionate Brisbane-based musician with over 15 years of professional experience as a performing bassist and guitarist.
I teach all the practical and theoretical aspects needed to develop as a musician and pride myself on giving professional advice that helps students achieve their musical goals and aspirations. What I believe sets me apart from other teachers is my focus on developing a strong musical foundation for beginning students and also in exploring higher level musical concepts with intermediate and advanced students. Each week I tailor individual lesson plans for every one of my students to ensure their fast progress. The musical styles I am able to teach range from jazz, rock, metal, funk and blues through to folk/country and world music.
